1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Dept. 153 - Marination Operator – HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time:  5:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Pay Rate:  $16.50 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Marinates product by performing the following duties; Dumps totes of product into tanks to be marinated; Uses a hand or power jack to bring product to marination from the cooler; Takes out trash and dirty totes and lids. and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.  The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
