Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Marine Coordination Operator überwache ich im Dreischichtbetrieb die Offshore-Anlagen von 50Hertz und steuere maritime Einsätze für Bau, Betrieb und Instandhaltung. Von Rostock aus koordiniere ich Schiffe, Crews und Offshore-Arbeitseinheiten und sorge für sichere, effiziente und regelkonforme Abläufe auf See.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Überwachung des Seeraums der 50Hertz-Offshore-Anlagen und Sicherstellung der maritimen Verkehrssicherheitspflichten,
• Ich bin Ansprechperson im Sinne des WindSeeG gegenüber den Behörden,
• Sicherstellen der Koordination und Überwachung der maritimen Einheiten der 50Hertz-Offshoreaktivitäten, erste Kontaktperson gegenüber den Offshore-Arbeitseinheiten,
• Anmeldung von maritimen Arbeiten und Einsätzen bei den Behörden,
• Planung und Koordinierung von Crew Transfers,
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Marine Coordination Centern der Offshore-Windparkbetreiber,
• Prüfung von Schiffszertifikaten und Registrierung der Offshore-Arbeitseinheiten bei den Offshore-Windparkbetreibern,
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierten Voraussetzungen an Crew und Passagiere,
• Prüfung von Methodenbeschreibungen und Erteilung maritimer Arbeitsfreigaben,
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Methodenbeschreibungen einschließlich der Gefährdungsanalyse sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Technologien und der technischen Sicherheit,
• Initiierung und Begleitung des Notfallmanagements,
• Führen von Logbüchern zur Dokumentation,
• Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse, Softwarelösungen und Tools.

Meine Kompetenzen:  

• Abgeschlossene nautische Ausbildung,
• Maritime Berufserfahrung,
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst,
• Englisch Fließend (B2),
• Versierter Umgang mit Büro-Standardsoftware (MS Office),
• Fahrerlaubnis PKW,
• Gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen für eine Schicht- und Offshore-Tauglichkeit.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Funkzeugnis SRC, LRC oder GOC,
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Offshore-Softwarelösungen wie bspw. VISSIM, NESSPOINT, OFFSHARE, o. ä.
