Market Field Engineer / Structural Adhesives & Rigid Bonding at Sika AG in Widen, Switzerland is a hands-on, technically driven role translating advanced adhesive and composite technologies into practical solutions for internal and external stakeholders, working with R&D, sales and customers to support SikaForce and SikaPower in rigid bonding. You’ll provide independent technical support for key accounts, drive new developments from customer needs, conduct field tests, implement products, train users, assist with complaints, and spot gaps and opportunities while maintaining the portfolio. Ideal candidates hold a degree in structural engineering, materials science or chemistry or have proven adhesives/composites experience; fluent English, German a plus, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
