We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role, working both from home and our Brisbane office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing, design, and digital communications, and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Create, maintain, and build marketing assets, including social media posts, print and digital advertising, EDMs, and collateral such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
Write engaging copy for social media, news articles, case studies, and EDMs.
Support the organisation, set-up, and promotion of events (in-person and online), including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Ensure all communications and collateral align with brand guidelines.
Coordinate and manage communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule, manage, and monitor multiple social media accounts daily, with a focus on LinkedIn.
Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
Experience producing written and visual content.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
Proficiency with Canva; Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress skills are highly regarded.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and project/time management skills.
