Mondrian Gold Coast is a luxury lifestyle hotel at the intersection of design, culture and modern hospitality — and winner of the QHA Award for Best Meeting & Events Venue. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our brand, own the content and drive commercial outcomes across Accommodation, F&B, Ciel Spa, Events and Lifestyle Programming.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the strategy and personally deliver the work — campaigns, content, EDMs, social, PR and reporting. Real creative ownership. Direct access to ownership.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Vitale Resorts, you will lead all marketing activity for Mondrian Gold Coast across Accommodation, F&B, Spa, Events and Lifestyle Programming. You'll own the strategy and personally deliver the work — brand, digital, social, EDM, influencer, PR and commercial reporting.
• Brand & Creative Own the Mondrian brand across all touchpoints — content strategy, photography, video, collateral and in-house creative production.
• Digital & Paid Media Lead SEO, Meta Ads and Google campaigns, website management, conversion optimisation and performance reporting.
• EDM & CRM Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end — Revinate or similar — with audience segmentation, personalisation and database growth.
• Social & Influencer Manage all social channels, monthly content plans, influencer partnerships and KOL relationships. You come with a black book.
• Events & Activations Drive marketing for F&B launches, seasonal campaigns, hotel programming, MICE and lifestyle events.
• PR & Media Relations Manage local, national and international PR — media famils, press releases, media kit and copywriting support.
• Commercial Reporting Manage the marketing budget, deliver monthly reports to ELT and owners, and make data-driven recommendations.
