â Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotion plans for events and conferences.
â Research and identify relevant industry events and conferences that can enhance company visibility, generate leads, and boost sales.
â Utilize the full marketing mix to promote events and conferences, including email, direct mail, PR, social media, online advertising, SMS, radio, and TV.
â Create and manage a marketing plan focused on lead generation, collaborating with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts for all event components.
â Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees to facilitate seamless event operations.
â Oversee the creation, design, and delivery of marketing collateral, including sales brochures, visitor tickets, advertisements, web banners, and email campaigns.
â Coordinate on-site event presence, including registration, press office, branding, and material placement.
â Forecast, monitor, and manage the event marketing budget, ensuring that all expenses align with financial goals.
â Provide on-site support, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing-related activities.
â Track and evaluate the effectiveness of event marketing campaigns through KPIs, feedback, and post-event reports, adjusting strategies for future events.
â Leverage events to capture leads, foster relationships, and support the sales team in converting event participation into business opportunities.
â Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
â 3 -5 years of experience in event marketing.
