This role is about making marketing happen by keeping execution moving, aligning stakeholders, and unblocking blockers. You will own end-to-end delivery of campaigns, launches, content initiatives, and brand activities, translating business goals into clear plans and timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Performance, Sales, and external agencies. Strong organization, multi-project handling, and proactive communication are essential, and project tools experience is a plus. Highlight fast-paced multi-brand experience and concrete delivery metrics in your application.


Role Overview

 Persian Horizon is hiring a  Marketing Project Manager  to coordinate, and deliver marketing initiatives across multiple brands and teams.

This role is for someone who  keeps execution moving , aligns stakeholders, and ensures campaigns, launches, and deliverables are completed  on time, on brief, and to standard .

You are not here to “do the marketing” — you are here to  make marketing happen .

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into clear project plans, timelines, and tasks

  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks; unblock issues quickly
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand, and deadline requirements
  • Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and status updates
  • Report on project status, milestones, and execution outcomes

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a  Marketing Project Manager or Marketing Operations role
  • Strong organizational and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and commercial teams
  • Clear communicator with strong follow-up discipline
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus

Experience in fast-paced or multi-brand environments is a strong advantage.
