YOUR MISSION 

MegaGroup Trade Holding is an international technical wholesaler specializing in water solutions that improve people’s lives. We take pride in addressing global water challenges and supporting sectors such as Irrigation, Livestock, Swimming pools, Building services, and industry.  

Being a Master Data Coordinator at MegaGroup, you play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of core business data, working hands-on across departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations, and ensuring master data is properly created, updated, and governed within our ERP systems. You report directly to our CIO. 

We count on you to: 

  • Ensure Data Quality by monitoring data, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors, performing regular audits and cleansing activities, and coordinating corrective actions with business stakeholders 

  • Coordinate Processes by acting as the central contact for master data requests, managing approval workflows for data changes, and documenting and improving data management processes 

  • Provide Cross-Functional Support by supporting Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations with master data-related issues, assisting with ERP implementations, upgrades, and data migration projects, and providing basic user guidance and training 

  • Support Reporting & Compliance by preparing data quality reports and KPIs, supporting internal controls and compliance requirements, and maintaining documentation for audit purposes 

 

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise gained through education or experience (Business Administration, Information Management, Finance, Logistics, or similar) 

  • 2–3 years of experience in data administration, ERP support, operations, finance, or supply chain

  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data reporting tools

  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

  • Strong Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data analysis)

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams 

  • Analytical thinking

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
