WHAT AWAITS YOU. 

  • Perform comprehensive service and repairs on BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce vehicles using BMW-specific procedures, tools, and specifications. 
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex cases (e.g., buyback vehicles) across major systems: engines, electrical, ADAS, infotainment, suspension, prototypes, motorsport drivetrains, and security vehicles. 
  • Generate and document technical cases (TSARA and Teile Clearing) and interpret manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to guide accurate repairs. 
  • Provide technical support and mentorship, assist with new model launches, special events, and assign work to junior technicians. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a clean and professional workshop, and participate in hazardous waste and tire room maintenance schedules. 
  • Stay current with BMW technology by attending training seminars and roundtables; collaborate with engineers to test and refine repair procedures. 
  • Perform quality control checks and travel as needed to support recall completions nationwide, including outdoor environments in varying conditions. 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING. 

  • High school or equivalent 
  • 5+ years as a BMW technician 
  • ASE Master Technician Certifications 
  • MACS certification 
  • Electric High Voltage Vehicle Certified 
  • 100% BMW Technical Training Courses completed 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission

Relocation is available for this position.

 

The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $95,500.00.

 

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
