Orica is seeking a Material Handler / Magazine Keeper to join the Helidon Manufacturing team, focusing on safe operation of magazine areas and the dispatch and receipt of materials in line with the Australian Explosives Code and Orica’s SH&E standards. You will safely pick, pack, load and unload to meet schedules, support Inventory Coordinators, monitor storage limits, and record transactions with scanners and SAP. The ideal candidate has warehousing or magazine operations experience, a strong safety mindset, basic manual handling knowledge, a forklift licence and the ability to obtain MR/HR; SAP experience is advantageous. In this role, you’ll support the safe and efficient operation of our magazine areas, handling the dispatch and receipt of products, detonators, and raw materials in line with the Australian Explosives Code and Orica’s Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) standards.
