RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Material Handler Lead for 1st shift in Bolingbrook, IL, Monday through Thursday, 4:45 am to 3:30 pm. The role requires 2–4 years in a warehouse, a high school diploma, and hands-on experience with stand up reach and walkie rider, RF scanners, WMS, lean warehousing, plus safety compliance. You’ll receive $20.00 per hour and participate in a four step wage progression that adds $0.50 every 90 days for a year, along with RJW’s Employee Ownership Program that costs you nothing and offers an ownership stake and potential share appreciation. Job Purpose: Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensure all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; perform duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Ensure that Material Handlers are operating forklift and walkies safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures. This position reports to shift supervisor.
