Bombardier is seeking a Material Logistics Agent for an onsite Quebec role focused on AOG support, urgent spare parts processing, and procurement of critical aircraft components. You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory, issue purchase orders, resolve supply chain disruptions, and keep clients informed throughout the AOG process. Ideal candidates have 3 to 5 years in customer service, logistics, or procurement, strong English and French communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP is an asset. Expect 12-hour shifts day, night or weekends as needed, with flexible or hybrid options where available. • Process and track urgent spare part orders via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Manage procurement of critical aircraft components to support AOG events.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Resolve supply chain disruptions by identifying alternative sourcing options and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients throughout the AOG process to manage expectations and provide updates.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekends), as needed.
