Bombardier is seeking a Material Logistics Agent in Quebec, full time and onsite, focusing on defining and monitoring supplier capacity through KPI, RFQs, and VROM frameworks, developing dashboards, and aligning outsourced activities with aircraft priorities. You’ll work with Programs, monitor progress, mitigate risks, drive process improvements, standardize best practices, and maintain a centralized database to support decision making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain or logistics, strong data literacy and KPI experience, excellent communication and stakeholder management, proactive and results oriented, and bilingual French and English with solid PowerPoint and Excel skills. What are your contributions to the team?

  • Define, monitor, and manage supplier capacity requests and assessments through KPI, RFQs, and VROM frameworks
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Lead regular performance reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Support program execution by aligning outsourced activities with aircraft priorities and milestones
  • Act as a liaison with the Programs team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans
  • Lead process and change management initiatives across outsource operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement actions
  • Standardize and drive adoption of best practices
  • Develop and maintain a centralized database for:
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making

  • You are comfortable working with performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented
  • You are able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain/logistics
  • You are bilingual (French and English, both written and spoken)
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
