Webasto is hiring a ME Technician Process Technologies in Detroit for a full‑time on‑site role supporting production processes in a cross‑functional, international team. Expect Tuesday through Friday nights, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM with overtime. You will set up equipment and tooling, monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, review schedules, ensure process readiness, and drive corrective actions while upholding IATF and customer standards and pursuing continuous improvement. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a Process Technician, knowledge of high‑pressure RIM equipment and milling, plus basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.
