Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Process-related supervision of the entire AMG packaging line, including starting and stopping the machines and proper handling in case of malfunctions
- Resolving various disruptions in the line and contributing to process optimizations while adhering to quality and productivity standards
- Performing process-related inspections and documenting them
- Active collaboration and regular communication with other production-related departments (e.g., maintenance)
- Execution and organization of minor maintenance tasks
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed technical training
- Several years of professional experience as a machine operator/shift leader
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good technical understanding
- Good MS Office skills
