About the team:
The Marketing Science - Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity and build meaningful connections that help drive business outcomes.
This full-time Measurement Partner role will help advertisers and agencies measure the effectiveness of their investment on our platform. The individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies receive best-in-class support and measurement strategy.
The individual will be a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to further develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while empowering others along the way.
Responsibilities
• Build and lead holistic measurement strategies for clients and agencies, partnering closely with sales and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with clients and agencies to design and operationalize “learning agendas” that highlight how to improve business outcomes.
• Translate complex research and measurement results into clear, actionable insights that influence client strategy and TikTok’s go-to-market approach.
• Analyze historical data sets to generate actionable recommendations for clients.
• Drive adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, including incrementality testing, cross-channel attribution, and marketing mix modeling.
• Support client engagement with third-party vendors responsible for conducting measurement studies.
• Deliver education and training workshops (internal and external) to raise awareness and advocacy of TikTok’s measurement solutions.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership by working with advertisers and industry bodies to advance measurement practices.
