Galadari Brothers is seeking a full-time onsite Mechanic in the United Arab Emirates to perform routine maintenance, servicing and repair of diesel generators, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, and inspect and test engines, alternators, control panels, batteries and fuel systems. You will install, commission and troubleshoot generator sets, carry out load testing and performance checks, and repair or replace worn components while maintaining precise service records and logs. Safety and manufacturer guidelines are non negotiable, and you’ll support emergency breakdowns and field service as needed. For best results, tailor your resume to genset work, emphasize hands-on diesel and electrical diagnostics, commissioning and testing, and meticulous documentation, highlight relevant certifications, UAE onsite experience, and readiness to travel or respond to breakdowns.

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of diesel generators (gensets).

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in generator systems.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect and test generator components, including engines, alternators, control panels, batteries, and fuel systems.

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot generator sets and related equipment.

• Perform load testing and performance checks.

• Repair or replace faulty components such as filters, belts, injectors, sensors, and wiring.

• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and inspection logs.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Support emergency breakdown repairs and field service when required.
