IQSIGHT is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design electromechanical subsystems for next generation moving camera products. The role demands 5+ years in electromechanical product development, experience with mechatronics, and the ability to drive concepts to series production while balancing performance, cost, reliability, and time to market. You will shape subsystem architectures, lead cross-functional reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with international suppliers. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in Lancaster, PA, and roughly 10% travel, including meetings with teams in Asia and Europe. This role is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week. Candidates must live in a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA site. Travel Expectation, 10% (Domestic and International). Position may require early morning or late-night meetings with development teams in Asia & Europe.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
