Job Overview:

- Supporting connector product engineering in the Aerospace Defense and Marine (AD&M) industry
- Working in a collaborative cross-functional environment interfacing with product development, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
- Develop professional skills including technical communication, problem-solving methodologies, and teamwork in an engineering environment
Responsibilities:

- Learn about critical connector product lines and how they are manufactured
- Prepare technical documentation including engineering drawings, standard work documentation, and test reports as needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and process optimization
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
• Have earned a high school diploma or GED
• Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Choose an item. or Choose an item. from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
• Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $32.26-$55.22 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
