Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Mechanical (Job performer) to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in Dubai, UAE

What you will need to do:

  • Execute and supervise mechanical maintenance and construction activities as assigned.
  • Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for daily work execution.
  • Ensure work permits are obtained and all permit conditions are fully complied with.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workforce adherence to site safety requirements.
  • Review work packs, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments before commencing work.
  • Monitor mechanical activities including:
    1.Piping installation and maintenance
    2.Static equipment maintenance
    3.Pumps, compressors, valves, and rotating equipment
    4.Flange management and bolt tightening
    5.Hydrotesting and mechanical completion activities
  • Verify work quality and compliance with project specifications and client standards.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
  • Identify and report hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and update supervisors on work status.
  • Participate in pre-job meetings, safety meetings, and site inspections. Support the engineering team with drafting and design-related activities throughout the project

What you will need to have:

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
  • Mandatory approval & existing account in Adnoc.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and construction activities such as piping, ststic equipment, rotating equipments & structure.
  • Familiarity with PTW (Permit to Work) systems and isolation procedures.
  • Knowledge on ADNOC safety requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Experience working in live operating plants is preferred.
  • Good communication and team coordination skills.
