Role
The Media Relations & Content Specialist is responsible for supporting EFG’s earned media strategy and dedicated activities (incl. preparation of internal briefing documents for Senior Management), handling standard media enquiries, writing media releases, advising the regional private banking businesses on media-related matters, and managing the daily and weekly media monitoring as well as ad-hoc media monitoring in case of issues and urgent topics (incl. analytics and reporting).
Furthermore, the role includes the management of media publishing systems (e.g. media releases, intranet, website, social media) in close collaboration with IT, the Digital Marketing manager as well as IT vendor management and by following the respective internal processes.
In addition, the role contains a large part of content management and production incl. editing and publishing across all channels with a focus on investment expertise, thought leadership, sponsorship, ESG, HR, next generation.
