Spring Oak Senior Living in Conway, SC is seeking a part-time Medication Aide (RMA) for the 2nd shift to administer routine medications per state regulations, provide personal care and supervision to residents, and work under the direction of a registered nurse or wellness supervisor to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You must hold a current RMA certification, follow individualized care plans, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork with a genuine empathy for aging. Responsibilities:

  • Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
  • Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
  • Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director or wellness or supervisor.
  • Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RMA certification.
  • Ability to follow individualized care plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion and understanding of the aging process.

  • 2nd Shift
