Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a Mental Health Specialist II for Respite in Wakefield to deliver short term restorative services to adults with serious mental illness, supporting stabilization and successful community transition. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field, have experience working with adults with mental illness, and possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license; the schedule runs Sundays and Mondays 9 am to 4 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 3 pm. Responsibilities include developing daily living skills, crisis management, coping strategies and medication administration, plus helping clients access community resources and participate in activities.
