You will act as the single point of accountability across architectural, MEP, ELV and civil streams from pre-concept to site close-out, drive bids, and own the design lifecycle while serving as the client interface for quality and delivery. Essentials: 10+ years MEP design with 3+ leadership, data centre projects, GCC experience, ASHRAE NFPA familiarity, mechanical or electrical engineering degree, BIM/Revit proficiency. You will act as Lead Design Consultant point of contact on data centre commissions, single point of accountability for multi-disciplinary design delivery across architectural, MEP, ELV, civil, and structural workstreams, from pre-concept through to site close-out.
