About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:
• Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparel
• Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell’s high standards
• Bring energy, positivity, and a love for adventure to every shift
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Shows genuine interest in outdoor activities, adventure, and performance footwear
• Thrives in a collaborative, energetic team environment
• Is self-motivated and eager to meet and exceed sales targets
• Is adaptable, reliable, and open to learning and feedback
