Merck Group’s MilliporeSigma in Indianapolis is seeking a Metrology Supervisor to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation across the facility, read blueprints and redlines, develop SOPs, and drive productivity, cost savings and safety improvements while supporting facility projects. The role requires 6+ years in instrumentation calibration and repair and 2+ years of supervision, with GMP exposure preferred; physical duties include lifting up to 60 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and PPE use. Pay ranges from $99,300 to $148,900 plus benefits; on site, full-time, no sponsorship. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
