Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and authority
 Responsible for leading the Plant Operations, starting with the safety and integrity of the personnel in charge.
 Responsible to lead with his superintendents that the production programs are fulfilled according to the Production Order or production program with quality, productivity, efficiency and safety.
 Responsible for complying with the production objectives established by the production control department.
 Responsible for verifying with Superintendents the established goals.
 Responsible for coordinating and verifying that the production superintendents under his/her charge perform their work routines according to procedures.
 Responsible for coordinating and verifying 5S'S compliance.
 Responsible for coordinating with production superintendents and other departments that the correct application of customer specification criteria is met.
 Responsible for planning and organizing the fulfillment of the goals established by the plant.
 Responsible for raising awareness among his personnel for compliance with the Safety Regulations, as well as the company's Safety System.
 Responsible for visualizing in conjunction with his Superintendents in advance the material to start operations.
 Responsible for leading the operations involved in the product elaboration process.
 Responsible for leading the personnel in charge in order to achieve the proposed objectives in all the operations.
