Job Duties
- Under broad direction, serves as a strategic HR business partner to product service line (PSL), region or functional senior leadership in highly complex business units by driving the development and execution of large-scale, innovative people solutions to positively impact business goals.
- Guides the execution of people processes and services pursuant to the PSL, region or functional business strategy; including the adaptation of global practices to suit the business unit's unique needs and local culture and legislation, where applicable.
- Acts as an advisor in aligning HR with the business by participating in strategic management planning processes and decision making.
- Engages HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to develop and apply high-impact solutions to their respective business groups.
- Leads the partnership across PSL, region and functional barriers to drive Workforce Planning activities and accountability for the Succession Planning process, Employee Development and Competency Program development and execution.
- Oversees implementation of organizational capability strategies to support business objectives (includes but not limited to organization design, team effectiveness, strategic change management and employee engagement), leveraging COE support when needed.
- Direct management responsibilities include managing, coaching and mentoring people, developing and executing processes, or both.
- The HRBP Sr. Manager will have dual reporting to the Hemisphere, Division or Functional Human Resources Director and the PSL, Region or Functional Vice President.
Qualifications
- Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of Human Resources and/or PSL experience required.
- Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred. International/Global work experience is preferred.
