Mill Operator (Temporary)

Nutrien is seeking a temporary Mill Operator in Rocanville, SK to safely run refinery and loadout equipment, help hit production targets, and perform mill clean-up and inspections. What You'll Do:
- Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tool and equipment for the task and ensure the safety of fellow employees
- Support safe and efficient achievement of production targets through general operation of the Refinery and Loadout equipment
- Mill clean-up work and equipment inspection
What You'll Bring:
- Grade 12 or GED equivalent
- Positive Safety behavior and safety leadership
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors
- Willingness to learn and gain adequate knowledge and experience through training
- Ability to make and implement decisions under all conditions
- Stable work record
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
