Canadian Natural is offering a four month Mineral Land Administration Student term in Calgary that places you with our Contracts Analysts, Lease Administrators and Land Information Technology teams to apply your academic experience to meaningful, diverse assignments focused on subsurface assets. You’ll learn about negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures, leases and contracts, and gain hands on exposure to the QBLM land system while collaborating with Operations and Accounting. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Petroleum Land Administration, Land Analyst or Energy Asset Management programs, with a related bachelor’s preferred. The Mineral Land Department at Canadian Natural is responsible for the acquisition, disposition and ongoing maintenance of Canadian Natural’s subsurface assets (mineral rights). As the Mineral Land Administration Student, you will be working alongside our team of Contracts Analysts, Lease Administrators, Land Information Technology/Systems and Acquisitions and Divestitures groups, who manage the agreements associated with the subsurface assets at Canadian Natural.
