XCMG Europe GmbH seeks a Mobile Crane Service Technician (m/f/d) in the Netherlands to own the service and maintenance of the mobile crane segment, ensure quality and process compliance, identify deviations, document activities and drive improvements while working with customers to tailor crane operations and coordinating spare parts and logistics. The ideal candidate has crane knowledge and maintenance and repair experience in hydraulics, electrical systems and mechanics, plus strong customer service and cross‑functional collaboration. A technical qualification, entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to travel on site, and Dutch language skills are essential; English is a plus. Your mission

• Responsibility for the service and maintenance business in the mobile crane segment
• Ensuring quality and process compliance across all service and maintenance activities
• Identifying and reporting service or product deviations, as well as participating in root cause analysis
• Documenting service and maintenance activities and actively contributing to continuous product and service improvements
• Working closely with customers to understand machinery and operational requirements for mobile cranes
• Managing and optimizing internal service processes and interfaces (e.g., spare parts, logistics, technical department)

Your profile

• Solid knowledge in the field of (mobile) cranes
• Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes of heavy machinery and equipment (hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanics)
• Experience in customer service as well as collaboration with sales, product, and service organizations
• Technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, electrician) or a comparable qualification
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, teamwork skills, and strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer assignments. Very good written and spoken Dutch, and good English skills are an advantage
