WSP in the Middle East are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mobility Design Coordinator to join our Transport Planning & Mobility team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a graphic design professional with a strong understanding of transport planning projects. You will be responsible for developing visually compelling, company-branded presentations, proposals, and technical documentation that communicate complex transport planning concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Develop high-quality, visually consistent presentations, proposals, and reports for transport planning and mobility projects.
- Apply company brand guidelines to all deliverables, ensuring a professional and consistent look across client-facing materials.
- Work closely with transport planners and engineers to translate technical data, modelling outputs, and design concepts into clear graphics and layouts.
- Coordinate the production of graphics, infographics, maps, and other visual materials to support project deliverables and client engagement.
- Support bid and proposal teams in preparing compelling submissions for government, authority, and developer-led projects.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide design input for workshops, stakeholder meetings, and public engagement materials related to transport planning projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in graphic design, with experience in engineering, transport planning, or related industries preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation design, layouts, and infographics.
- Understanding of transport planning and mobility concepts, with prior experience on projects in the Middle East region.
- Proficiency in design and layout software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in CAD and GIS software is an advantage.
- Ability to present technical information in a visually engaging and easy-to-understand format.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
