Blitz, Voodoo’s real-money gaming platform in Paris 11, is hiring a Monetization Manager onsite to shape the economy and monetization strategy. You’ll analyze in-game events and offers, manage the virtual economy and pricing of virtual goods, contribute to Live Ops planning, and perform competitive analyses while collaborating with the Monetization and Art teams. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Business or Engineering, is highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, has a deep interest in gaming, and is bilingual in English and French. Nice to have AB testing, SQL, Tableau. Team

Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to contribute to the economy and monetization strategy of Blitz, a real-money gaming platform.

Role

  • Give recommendations and contribute to the development of our Monetization strategy by analyzing the performance of in-game events, content, and offers
  • Manage the virtual economy for “Blitz” and calibrate meta-features to keep our users engaged (missions, challenges, contests, etc.)
  • Manage pricing strategies for virtual goods and services
  • Contribute to the Live Ops planning and strategy
  • Perform competitive analysis by playing our game and competitors' games to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with our Monetization and Art teams to provide valuable input in the strategic planning process

Profile

  • Master's degree in Business or Engineering
  • Highly analytical, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Deep interest in gaming
  • English and French proficiency
  • A team player with a deep collaborative mindset,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude toward receiving, acting on, and providing feedback
  • Demonstrated accountability, independence, and Ownership over your work
