The Lending Tree seeks a diligent and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time
Mortgage Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients via
phone to discuss mortgage options, gather necessary information, and assist them through the
initial stages of the mortgage application process. This position offers flexible hours.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in mortgage
services.
- Explain mortgage products and services offered by the company, including rates, terms,
and eligibility criteria.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by clients regarding mortgage products,
processes, or requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including call logs, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
Requirements
- Fluent in English plus Arabic/Urdu/Hindi.
- No minimum experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills with the ability to articulate complex details clearly and concise
over the phone.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Currently studying (Any Background) or Recent Graduate.
