amo seeks a Motion Design Junior or intern to join the Creative Content team in Paris and elevate Bump’s brand with video for Instagram, Reels, Stories and paid social. You’ll design, execute and scale content, build motion systems, refine pacing, and create templates and assets for repeatable quality. You’ll use AI tools to speed iterations while preserving craft. Essentials: solid motion design fundamentals, After Effects and Premiere, 3D assets a plus, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong portfolio. Onsite five days a week in the Opéra district; compensation varies by level; 50% commuting reimbursed. Apply with a portfolio that proves short form work and your AI workflow experience, and tell us why Bump excites you.

We are hiring a Motion Design Junior or intern to join our team and help us grow Bump by raising our creative bar and strengthening the brand through high production value short-form video.

You will work directly with the Creative / Content team to design, execute, and scale a premium content output for Instagram, from Reels to Stories to paid social, with an emphasis on craft, clarity, and visual impact.

This position provides the opportunity to gain experience within a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that’s building at the frontier of the social category. You will get to learn from an experienced and international team, gaining insight into how global consumer brands are built through content.

This role is open to individuals who can join us in-person, Mon-Fri. We are based in the Opéra district of Paris.

As a Motion Design Junior, your day-to-day will include:

High Production Value Content

Your core mission will be to help produce premium short-form videos that reinforce the Bump brand. This includes building strong motion systems (typography, transitions, compositing), elevating pacing and storytelling, and ensuring every deliverable feels intentional and polished.

We move fast, but the priority is quality: taste, craft, and consistency. Creating work that can set a standard and compound over time.

Studio Foundations (Creative Systems & Workflow)

Alongside day-to-day production, you’ll help create the foundations of a more structured creative output: templates, reusable motion components, asset libraries, and workflows that make high quality repeatable.

Content Iteration & Performance-Driven Variations

Great content is iterative. You’ll help develop variations (hooks, pacing, layouts, edits) to test and learn what performs, without compromising production value.

AI-Assisted Creative Production

You’ll be expected to be comfortable using AI tools to move faster and explore more: generating visual directions, producing/cleaning assets, upscaling, rapid mockups, and accelerating iterations. The goal is better output, faster, while keeping a premium finish.

Your skills & experience:

  • Strong fundamentals in motion design (timing, typography, composition, readability).

  • Comfortable with After Effects and Premiere. Being able to produce 3D assets is a plus.

  • High bar for quality and attention to detail.

  • Able to move quickly while keeping craft and polish.

  • Social media native, with a strong field of reference for up-and-coming creators and evolving short-form formats.

  • Comfortable adopting AI creative workflows and learning new tools fast.

  • Previous experience in a startup environment or creative role is a bonus, but not essential (portfolio matters most).
