Green By Nature is looking for a full-time Mowing Team Member to work onsite in Sydney CBD, joining Australia’s largest award-winning landscape services business. You will care for turf in high-profile green spaces, operate push and ride-on mowers, maintain equipment, and assist with other groundskeeping tasks while upholding a safety-first culture. You’ll need at least 1 year of mowing, landscaping or gardening experience, comfort with hand and power tools, a keen eye for detail, and be a proactive team player who solves problems on the go. What's involved

• Using both push and ride on mowers at client sites
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
• Routinely inspect and maintain mowing equipment
• Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement or issues

About you

You’re someone who takes real pride in your work. With a experience in mowing or general garden maintenance, you thrive on getting the job done to the highest possible standard.

• At least 1 years' experience in mowing, landscaping or gardening
• Experience with both hand and power tools
• A keen eye for detail and a practical approach to problem solving
• Team player who pitches in when needed
• Safety conscious and committed to keeping yourself, your team and the public safe.
