Green By Nature is seeking a full-time Mowing Team Member in Canning Vale to join a safety focused, community minded groundskeeping crew. You’ll bring at least one year of landscaping or garden maintenance experience, comfort with hand and power tools, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative approach; you are safety conscious and capable of working onsite, operating push and ride-on mowers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and helping with other tasks as needed. • You've got at least 1 years' experience in landscaping, gardening or related field
• You have experience with both hand and power tools
• You've got a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to problem solving
• You're a team player who pitches in when needed
• You're highly safety conscious and committed to keeping yourself, your team and the public safe.

What you'll be doing

• Using both push and ride on mowers at client sites
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
• Routinely inspect and maintain mowing equipment
• Assisting with other groundskeeping tasks when needed
• Identifying and reporting areas for improvement or issues
