Key duties include managing customer complaints and RMAs, issuing CoCs, creating NCRs, supporting validation, and tracking quality metrics and KPIs. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a regulated manufacturing quality role, an associate degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent), and comfort reading drawings, using inspection tools, QMS software, and SAP is a plus. The Manufacturing Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the quality and compliance of existing cable and assembly products and manufacturing processes. This role assists with customer complaint investigations, nonconformance reviews, corrective action activities, quality system documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, the technician helps maintain product quality, reduce defects, and support a positive customer experience.
This position supports Sustaining Quality within the Cable team as part of the Assemblies value stream and reports to the Assemblies Quality Manager.
