Tasks Summary & Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Management according to TE and ISO 9001 and ATEX standards, IATF16949.
- Execute key quality strategies consistent with plant performance and measures;
- Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. Quality Products and Service) and Quality Policy;
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations;
- Coordinate drawings materials for lots and deliver products in conformity with production;
- Performs component aspect layered audits during production;
- Records the results of the checks and keep trace in the System;
- In case of process or product non-conformity, ensure root cause analysis and correctives actions implementation for layer 1
- Escalate critical topics to layer 2 according to reaction plan and Line FRM
- Ensure daily reporting of Scrap, sorting and Defect follow up
- Train line inspectors’ team and operators according to quality standard
- Conduct MRB meeting for Q-Hold
- Have the authority to stop Shipment and production in case of quality issue
- Execute the activities corresponding to 5 S’s
- Member of the team in case of new project;
- Member of the team for preparation or update of P-FMEA and Control Plan;
- Methodical support for LI and production in case of customer quality issue;
- Follow legal and site EHS policies, rules and instructions to avoid any OHS risks or reduce environmental impacts.
- Alert the hierarchy/ EHS team of any EHS anomaly detected.

Educational Degree : BAC +2 or plus
Professional Experience : +2ans injection process ‘’ Molding Manufacturing Segment
