Lonza is offering an 80-100% MSAT Validation Internship (m/f/d) in Visp, Switzerland to support the MSAT Validation expert with preparing validation documentation for a vaccine process. You will help write process validation protocols and reports, input results, format documents for archiving in the DMS, and verify data, while supporting process characterization. You may assist in continued process verification plans. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field, are fluent in English, and can juggle multiple tasks to deadlines while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for an Internship (80-100%) Student to support the MSAT Validation expert in the preparation of validation process documentation for a vaccine process. In this role, you will help the MSAT validation expert in preparation of the documents, plans and reports, necessary for conducting a process validation in our biopharmaceutical plants.

What you will do:

• Support MSAT Validation Expert from Vaxcyte program in the preparation of validation documents: specifically in writing of process validation protocols and validation reports (support MSAT Expert by adding results into reports, taking care of the document layout preparation for archiving documents in DMS system, verification of data, entering results into validation reports, etc.).
• Supporting during the process validation phase by preparing part of documents of process characterization studies, development studies and validation supporting studies.
• Support MSAT Validation SME in the preparation of continued process verification plan.
• Support MSAT Val SME in the preparation of Product Quality Reviews.

What we are looking for:

• Education in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluent communication in English written and spoken.
• Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously and to work towards deadlines.
• Capability to interact with different stakeholders within an organization would be an advantage.
