Accor’s Multi-Hotel Reservations Executive in Hobart is a full-time, onsite role based at Mövenpick Hobart, supporting hotels across Tasmania, Melbourne and Western Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact, processing reservations accurately, maximising occupancy and rate yield, handling guest calls, checking arrivals lists, recording data, and assisting guests with information and special requests. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills, capable of prioritising workflow across a team, and flexible to weekend shifts, with an outcome-driven mindset and strong relationship-building. Prior experience with Opera Cloud or RESAweb is advantageous.
