Job Summary
Magical Beginnings is hiring a Multi-Site Lead Teacher to support 3–4 designated early childhood education centers. This is a high-impact role for a strong Lead Teacher who is flexible, dependable, and energized by variety.
The Field Lead Teacher works across classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, providing classroom leadership, stability, and hands-on support wherever it’s needed most. This position is ideal for a motivated educator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently adjust to daily changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Lead Teacher-level classroom support across 3–4 Magical Beginnings schools
  • Step into classrooms to ensure ratio coverage, continuity of care, and smooth daily operations
  • Confidently support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
  • Model best practices in classroom management, routines, and child engagement
  • Support teaching teams during staffing gaps, transitions, and high-need times
  • Maintain daily schedules, safety standards, and classroom expectations
  • Build quick, positive relationships with children, staff, and leadership
  • Communicate clearly with Directors and Assistant Directors
  • Follow all EEC regulations and company policies
  • Be a calm, reliable, and professional presence across locations

Qualifications:

  • EEC Teacher Certification (Lead-qualified preferred) or equivalent credentials
  • Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in early childhood education
  • Comfortable working with infants through preschool
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of a classroom environment
  • Reliable transportation between assigned schools
