Dexterra Group is seeking a Multi-Site Porter for a hybrid concierge and facilities support role in Mississauga. This full-time position blends meeting room setup, porter duties, and light maintenance to keep lobbies, kitchens and amenities clean and safe. You’ll engage with tenants, visitors and leadership in a fast paced corporate environment and must be service minded, detail oriented and able to work independently. Key duties include tenant support, event setups, proactive rounds, restocking, basic repairs, safety checks and daily documentation. Ideal candidates have 1 to 3 years in customer facing or facility support, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills; hospitality or event setup background is a plus. Role Summary

This role blends concierge-style service with porter and light facility support, ensuring common areas, meeting spaces, and amenities are clean, safe, functional, and ready for use at all times.
The successful candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic corporate environment. This role is highly visible and interacts regularly with tenants, visitors, and client leadership.
