Galadari Brothers is seeking a full-time onsite Multimedia Producer in the United Arab Emirates to collaborate with editorial teams and develop multimedia concepts for Khaleej Times pillar groups. You will produce videos, podcasts and photo galleries, participate in scripting, pre production, shooting and editing, and coordinate schedules and logistics to meet deadlines. The role rewards storytelling that clarifies complex information through visuals and requires operating cameras, microphones, editing software, and basic graphic design tools while maintaining high technical quality. • Collaborate with editorial teams to develop multimedia concepts that complement news stories, features, and other content, including the possibility of being embedded within a Khaleej Times content pillar group with journalists who work across various formats
  • Produce a wide range of multimedia elements, including videos, podcasts, photo galleries.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end production process for multimedia projects, including scripting, pre-production planning, video shooting, and post-production editing.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of multimedia content.
  • Apply storytelling techniques to create compelling and impactful multimedia content that enhances the narrative of news stories.
  • Use visual elements to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Operate multimedia production equipment, such as cameras, microphones, editing software, and basic graphic design tools.
  • Ensure the technical production quality of multimedia content, including video and audio clarity, image resolution, and interactive functionality.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in multimedia storytelling, visual design, and interactive technologies.
  • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the media outlet's multimedia offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, graphics, and video teams to ensure cohesive integration of multimedia content with written articles and video projects.
  • When necessary to serve the strategic needs of the Multimedia and wider Khaleej Times editorial team, some Multimedia Producers may be required to coordinate assignments and/or track operations of the Multimedia Team and its output generation
