Colliers is seeking an experienced real estate operator to step into the National Manager, Franchise Operations role based in Auckland. You’ll work with Franchise Owners and stakeholders nationwide to lift performance, streamline operations, and drive growth across the Colliers Franchise Network. Success comes from practical problem solving, hands on delivery, and turning strategy into measurable improvements across the real estate sales lifecycle. Bring proven experience in real estate operations or multi site networks, strong systems thinking and change management, and superb relationship skills with a willingness to travel NZ wide. In this highly collaborative role, you'll work alongside Franchise Owners and key stakeholders across New Zealand to improve business performance, strengthen operational effectiveness, and support the continued growth and success of the Colliers Franchise Network.
This is a role for someone who understands the realities of real estate, enjoys building trusted relationships, and can turn opportunities into practical outcomes. You'll help Franchise Owners identify priorities, solve challenges, and implement initiatives that create measurable improvements across their businesses.
Working across multiple franchise businesses nationwide, you'll influence outcomes through strong relationships, commercial insight, and a hands-on approach to delivery.
