National Property Manager is a full time, onsite role based at the Newmarket Support Office in Auckland, with regular nationwide travel to Bupa’s care homes and retirement villages. You will lead the national property asset management function, shaping portfolio strategy, capital planning, and maintenance and refurbishment programmes to maximise performance while keeping assets compliant, safe and fit for purpose and enhancing resident experience. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in property or asset management, including 3+ years in leadership of multi-site teams, a tertiary qualification, strong HSE and governance experience, and solid stakeholder management and systems experience.
