  • Build organisational capability by delivering practical tools, training and resources that help leaders confidently support their teams.

  • Drive the ongoing maturity of psychosocial risk management, ensuring controls remain effective, relevant and aligned with legislative requirements.

  • Use data, insights and emerging trends to identify opportunities, measure impact and continually improve wellbeing outcomes.

  • Manage key external partnerships and wellbeing providers to deliver value and positive experiences for team members.

  • Contribute to a culture where wellbeing is understood, prioritised and supported across all levels of the business.

About You

You're an experienced wellbeing professional who enjoys bringing people together around a common goal and turning strategy into practical outcomes.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Can influence and coach leaders by making complex topics practical, relevant and easy to apply.

  • Take an evidence-based approach and use insights to drive meaningful improvement.

  • Balance big-picture thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering outcomes.

  • Are passionate about creating safe, healthy and inclusive workplaces where people can perform at their best.

Most importantly, you'll join a down-to-earth team that values collaboration, continuous learning and supporting one another to make a real difference.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

  • Strong analytical, planning and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Experience working within a large, complex organisation with geographically dispersed teams.

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
