Renesas is seeking an NCG Engineer in the Embedded Processing IC Development Division in Düsseldorf. You will implement and verify RISC based processor IP and SoC components, using Verilog or VHDL, SystemVerilog UVM, and AMBA protocols, while growing into more complex semiconductor tasks and learning Renesas’ state of the art EDA flows across processor, subsystem and SoC programs. The role covers RTL design, verification, front end and back end integration support, and automation development with Perl Python or C++. Requirements include a bachelor or master in EE CE CS, hands on HDL experience, SystemVerilog UVM, linting CDC synthesis and STA, plus programming in Perl Python or C++ and embedded C and ARM assembly; fluent German and English. Preferred: chip level integration knowledge and AI driven tooling.
