Logistics is more than operational execution for you – you think in terms of markets, partnerships, and growth? We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to further develop our international network with a strong focus on the UK market.You will be part of the International Network Team and report directly to the Director.
In this role, you will actively shape the commercial development of our European network, with a particular focus on Great Britain.
Your responsibilities:
- Strategically steer and further develop the international partner network with focus on the UK market
- Take ownership of commercial performance, revenue development, and margin management of the UK market
- Analyze market data and KPIs and translate insights into actionable growth and optimization measures
- Lead and manage cross-border projects with a strong business development focus
- Support the international scaling of processes, services, and IT solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Pricing, IT, and Quality across Europe
You will bring to the job:
- Several years of experience in international Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within logistics, transport, or parcel/CEP services
- Proven track record in market development and expansion, ideally with UK
- Strong commercial mindset with solid understanding of P&L, margins, and KPI-driven sales
- Affinity for IT and strong entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment- English skills (C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe
