DRW is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join the London onsite full‑time team in a hybrid compute environment. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional security, technology and trading groups to design and deploy controls that protect infrastructure while preserving trading performance, implement micro‑segmentation and port based security, and evaluate firewalls, VPNs, SASE, NDR and IDS solutions. You will leverage automation and AI to improve detection and response, perform in‑depth packet analysis, and participate in on call duties including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate is hands on, with solid TCP/UDP/IP and OSI understanding, and a clear communicator who translates complex findings into actionable steps.
